Processing & Production Times
All orders are carefully prepared to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
- Original artworks & ready-made items: Dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Print-on-demand items (fine art prints, framed prints, canvases): Produced and dispatched within 5–10 business days. These items are made to order by our trusted print partners and ship directly from their facilities. Please keep original packaging if returns are required.
Orders are not processed on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Packaging & Care for Original Artworks
Original artworks receive special handling to ensure they arrive safely:
- Paintings and framed works are wrapped in acid-free tissue, padded with foam or bubble wrap, and boxed in double-walled cardboard.
- Unframed works on paper or canvas are rolled in archival tubes where appropriate.
- Fragile items are clearly labelled and packed to withstand transit.
We take great care in packaging — if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
Tracking
All orders include tracking where available. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Print-on-demand orders ship directly from our production partners and will include their tracking details.
