Thank you for shopping with Mimosa Studios. We take great care in creating and packaging every piece, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to buying, please contact us — we're happy to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or fault

We will assess your claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Print-on-Demand Items

Items fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner are produced specifically for you and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please refer to the product listing for details on whether an item is print-on-demand.

Original Artworks

All sales of original paintings and one-of-a-kind artworks are final. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about the work.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue, please use our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Do not return items without prior approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
